I have been here lots of times and always thought it was lovely, today was the total opposite, took 2 hours to deliver the pizza was freezing , my biriani was tasteless and cold , every time I tried to phone the phone was being put down on me , never again total waste of money

Firstly I did not place my order at 19.02hrs, I placed it at 18.03! Delivery was estimated for 18.58. At 19.15 I made my first call asking for an update to be told food is 15 mins away. 3 more phone calls and it’s 20.05hrs, 2hrs after placing the order and still no food! Food finally arrives at 20.15hrs with a bottle of coke as an apology! My son ordered a 14” pepperoni pizza, with 5 pieces of pepperoni on it! Not surprisingly all 3 pizzas were lukewarm and needed warming up. Really disappointed as we’ve ordered before and had fantastic experience but this has put me off ordering again.

Ordered chicken pieces - restaurant had no fried chicken - so had to swap for a burger. The food was fine - however it’s not what I wanted . Got swapped for cheaper product and not been offered a refund

Delivery took nearly 3 hours and we wanted a refund for the inconvenience of waiting so long and ringing up but nothing had been done about it. The cheesy garlic bread too was very overcooked and dry as it had been clearly sat there for ages.

Kebab was ok Poppadoms were all broken Onion Bahjis were too spicy, we like them normally, but these were too spicy and not enjoyable Prawn puri - prawns were tasteless and looked very pale and unappetising Normally love Zak’s, but this order was very disappointing

Ordered on the app took an hour and 20 mins had to ring up to be told it was on the way yet it still took another 15 minutes. ordered mixed kebab of donner chicken and seekh and a chicken wrap. The kebab had red donner which wasn’t ordered and the chicken wrap was fried chicken which I can’t eat I think the menu should be clear No sauce on anything even though we ordered it Wouldn’t order again or recommend
